ID Photo Booth is run by one independent developer. Send a note to the address below and it will be read in order; anything fixable gets fixed. Replies usually take a few days, sometimes longer.
What helps most
- Which step (choosing a size, webcam capture, face detection, background change, download) and what went wrong, including any message the page showed.
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on a Windows laptop, Safari on iPhone), and whether the camera permission prompt appeared.
- The size you picked and a short description of the photo (e.g. backlit, wearing glasses). Please never send the photo itself. The tool never sends your photo anywhere, and there is no need to email it either.

- A country or document size you need (dimensions and background color, with a source if you have one)
- Official rules that changed and no longer match the page
- Wrong facts on a page, or awkward English or Spanish wording
